You know how babies sometimes arrive early and some come late? This "baby" arrived early, and the paperback and Kindle versions are now available on Amazon. It all happened before my author copies arrived. There's a rule in publishing that you're not supposed to announce the book until it's already available on Amazon, so I guess I obeyed that rule, but I had all these sweet little things I wanted to do pre-launch, which I will still do: a book bundle, a Starbucks gift card, an autographed copy of the book with an adorable coffee spoon, and some more special things.
